    Abstract：

    “岗课赛证”融合的教学模式是探索具备匠人技艺、创客本领的高素质复合型技术技能人才培养方法，专业课程以专业岗位职能标准为参考，与1+X职业技能等级证书、职业技能大赛相结合。本文以软件技术专业为例，结合行业需求，围绕我校对该专业进行的1+X证书试点，组织学生积极参加相关职业技能大赛，并对我校软件技术专业“岗课赛证”人才培养模式进行了改革实践。
