Abstract：
相比于其他学科而言，数学这门学科有着较强的逻辑性、抽象性，通过有效引导策略的应用，可以提高小学生主动思考、探索的能力与意识，进而构筑起相对完善的数学结构体系。具体教学工作中，需要将教学重心放在学生身上，不断创新教学方法、加强引导，进而有效提高教育教学工作的质量。本文首先对有效引导的重要性进行探讨，并进一步研究该策略在小学数学教学中的具体应用。
