Abstract：
本文结合新时代高校“立德树人”和三全育人要求，通过发放问卷调研3年来医学院研究生党建和思想政治教育现状的变化，对目前的工作基础和存在的问题做了详细分析，提出了构建学院研究生党建和思政教育指导团队，改善学院党建和思想政治教育的基本对策和建议。
