    乡镇卫生院作为我国卫生医疗体系的基础力量，其本身的档案管理关系到我国医学的发展和人民生活水平的提高。研究现阶段我国乡镇卫生院的档案管理情况，结合国内外相关理论，现阶段要从组织领导、管理制度、人员素质、信息化管理四个方面展开相应的研究，推动档案管理水平的稳步提升。
