Abstract：
本文探讨辅导员在学风建设工作中遭遇的制度模糊、职责不明、工具缺失等困境。为解决此困境，笔者提出学风建设工作需明晰责任边界、整合资源平台、提升辅导员工作系统性等对策，打通学风建设的“最后一公里”。
