    Abstract：

    受传统教育的影响，在初中化学的教学过程中，多采用应试化的教学模式，像化学这种具有较高探究性能的实践学科，应试教育模式与之并不相匹配，学生只有通过进行实践探究，才能使其创新意识与探究精神得以锻炼，基于此，本文以目标导向为前提，探究形成性评价，在初中化学中的应用策略。
