Abstract：
近年来我国高校规模显著扩大，但国家财政教育经费却未同比例提升。如何提高高校内部资源配置能力和资金使用效率，是一个亟待关注和解决的问题。本文从高校绩效管理体系的现状和必要性入手，分析了绩效管理体系存在的问题，最后提出了优化高校预算绩效管理体系的思路。
