Abstract：
本文结合苍南县中医院迁建工程在老城区周边都是老旧建筑对地下开挖施工要求高的实际情况，拟采用逆作法施工的地下室结构设计进行研究，旨在发挥逆作法施工的功能与作用，促使地下室的安全系数提升，保证地下室的结构设计合理，结合建筑结构的相关使用规范，从而使得地下室能够满足实际使用的基本需求，降低各类施工安全隐患，确保地下室的能按计划时间顺利完工。
