    Abstract：

    在复合地层中进行盾构施工时，选用不合适的盾构机易导致盾构掘进效率低下、地面沉降、刀具磨损严重等问题。文章依托福州地铁滨海快线工程，基于层次分析法评估了盾构机的选型，结果表明土压—TBM双模式盾构机适用于软硬不均地层和孤石地层。根据工程特点对盾构机的刀盘进行针对性设计，提出了盾构机模式转换的时间点和具体流程，优化了施工流程，为软硬不均地层施工时的盾构机选型问题提供借鉴。
