    造价咨询企业竞争加剧，投标类项目日益增加，经营为企业龙头，探究基于投标的“研发式经营”十分必要。本文梳理经营思路，并从招标投标研究、数据库建设、成本测算、报价模型、合同研究等具体模块入手，探究基于投标的“研发式经营”的工作方式与效果。
