Abstract：
随着政府的不断倡导，我国在铁路建设行业持续推行EPC工程总承包模式，将是发展趋势。但也因为是一种新的模式，施工总承包单位对该模式下的成本影响因素往往分析不足。铁路作为一类超大型复杂系统工程，在EPC工程总承包模式下施工总承包企业也将面临更多风险，施工承包企业控制成本的压力也越来越大。本文站在施工单位的角度对铁路EPC总承包模式下影响施工成本的因素进行了分析和探讨，以期能为施工单位在今后的EPC模式建设中积累经验，能采取有效措施降低成本支出。
