    Abstract：

    目前，村庄规划的编制面临着“多规合一”的具体改制，原规划体系不能有效指导村庄建设发展，国土空间总体规划尚未完成，村庄规划缺乏上位指导和约束，各省市分别出台村庄规划编制导则，用以指导村庄规划的编制，以实现村庄规划对于村庄建设的有效管控，并通过“多规合一”实现村庄建设一张蓝图的目标，用以指导村庄更好的发展建设。
