Abstract：

冲钻孔灌注桩技术是极为重要的技术，如果没能够按照相关技术标准施工，则很有可能导致房屋在建成之后出现坍塌、裂缝等问题，因此强化施工技术的应用至关重要。文中主要结合建筑施工技术的具体应用情况，分析了钻孔灌注桩施工技术要点及钻孔灌注桩施工过程当中存在的主要问题，并提出了具体的应对策略。
