    施工单位要对建筑物的防水防渗性能有足够的重视，了解防水防渗的重要性，认识到防水防渗技术的必要性，并且制定科学高效的施工计划提高建筑物的防水能力和防渗性能。本文首先说明了建筑防水渗透施工技术应用的重要性，然后分析了建筑施工中渗漏问题的出现因素，最后详细阐述了建筑工程施工中的防水防渗施工技术要点。
