Abstract：
随着国家经济发展水平的稳步提升，人们对建筑工程中土木工程结构设计质量的关注度越来越高。由于地震灾害对人们生命财产安全会产生严重威胁，因而希望能够通过高质量的土木工程结构设计来提升抗震效果。基于此，相关人员在对建设工程进行设计研究时，一定要注重于对抗震技术的探究，以此来确保发生地震灾害时，建筑工程能够具备较强的防震性能，继而为人们的生命财产安全提供有力保障。
