Abstract：
随着素质教育的不断推进，对学生的身体素养越发的重视，在小学体育教学中，老师要优化教学的方法，让学生感受体育课堂的魅力，并且能够主动地进行运动，从而提升学生的身心健康，让学生能够更加充实的成长。在体育教学中，学生不仅可以锻炼身体，也可以放松心情，降低压力。为了提升学生的参与度，老师可以将游戏引入到教学中，活跃课堂的气氛，增加课堂的趣味性，从而提升学生的运动积极性。
