Abstract：
在现阶段，统一教材的应用虽然可以为教师教学的开展提供一个大致的方向，但是在地方教学当中，教材中的内容也并不是全部适用的，校本资源的开发也是非常重要的。因此，初中教师在数学教学当中，也应对此方面加以关注，大力的开发校本资源，使得教学的针对性和适应性得到增强，使得教学效率得到提高。基于此，本文将以此为话题，对校本资源的开发对策进行研究，希望对相关工作的展开发挥价值。
