    Abstract：

    目前，我国高职教育的工匠精神正逐步缺失，因此，我们需加强高职院校教育质量，培养德才兼备的学生才是当今发展趋势，并且让学生理解工匠精神是德才育人的关键所在。本文针对立德树人视域下高职教育中“工匠精神”的缺失与重塑展开分析，希望对今后高职教育中工匠精神的学习有所帮助。
