Abstract：
在社会快速发展的过程中，公共图书馆的社会作用也逐渐地被边缘化，而只有对其管理运行机制进行改革创新，才能将公共图书馆的社会作用充分发挥出来，提升其在社会中的影响力和地位。本文就公共图书馆管理运行中渗透社会力量的价值进行了分析，并就社会力量参与管理运行的具体路径和策略进行了探究，以期能带来一些的参考意义。
