Abstract：
为了能够落实每个学生都能够接受优良教育并走向符合自身特色的发展道路目标，在初中数学课程中实施分层作业设计愈加受到多方面重视。在进行该项教育方式的设计工作中，应该做到遵守以人为本的理念，研究对象为全体学生，与新课程理念的发展相一致，保障学生在校期间的基本权益。
