Abstract：
在教育改革的背景下，学生创新精神与创新思维培养是初中教育阶段教师对学生的重点培养目标。但在实际的教学中尽管教师对学生创新思维的培养制定了策略，但还是存在一部分的问题。部分教师无法灵活的使用现代化教学手段，学生的学习兴趣日益降低使得学生的学习效率低下。素质教育已经成为新时期教育中的重要趋势教师要通过科学理论对学生的创新能力进行培养发展。
