现阶段，我国的煤矿企业经济形势正在重要的爬坡时期，特别是其基层党组织建设应发挥应有的作用，引领广大干部职工紧紧围绕企业发展为中心，教育全体党员职工及群众立足本岗位，立足本职工作，统一思想、集中智慧、团结拼博，主动适应并引领新常态，不断转变及创新工作方法及手段，探索新时代煤矿企业的基层党组织建设新形式，充分发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用，展现煤矿企业党员职工的活力及生机，切实促进煤矿企业的稳定、安全发展。
