Abstract：
《英语课程标准》指出：学生在英语基础教育阶段应该学习和掌握包括语音、词汇、语法、功能和话题等五个方面的基础知识。语言有三大要素：语音、词汇和语法，其中语音是最基本的因素。语音是学好语言的基础，语音教学是语言教学的重要内容之一。自然规范的语音、语调将为有效的口语交际打下良好的基础.在小学英语教学中，教师应特别重视语音教学。顺应新课改的要求和小学生心理年龄及特点，创设了具有特色的“元音字母在闭音节中的发音”语音学习的教学设计。
