Abstract：
初中历史是初中生必修的科目，归属于人文类科目，在初中阶段通过历史学科的教学，可以有效培养学生的人文精神，促使学生全面健康地发展。学生通过历史知识的学习，能够让学生充分地认识到我们中华民族灿烂和辉煌的历史文化，对学生在坚定民族自信、文化自信上具有深刻的意义。本文通过研究初中历史教学过程中对学生进行人文精神的有效培养，以此来不断提升初中生的人文精神，帮助学生逐步树立坚定的民族自信心，以及对中华民族悠久历史文化的传承与发扬，让学生拥有较强的社会适应能力，促进其终身发展。
