Abstract：
在各学校机构促进学生成长与发展的过程中都需要配备良好的心理健康教育过程，因为学生从出生后的空白思想会在不断成长的过程中受到各种环境的影响而形成不同的性格及对各类事件不同的认知，而教育的本质是促进学生的道德品质与个性能够朝向健康的方向发展。学生在中职学校中的心理健康发展势必会影响其未来的成长，从事中职学子心理的引导者，则必须对该群体常见到的心理问题做出分析，及时在教学中设计方案予以引导纠正。
