Abstract：
为适应新课标强调学生主体地位的要求，发挥其在英语学习中的主动性，本文论述了小组分层合作的重要性及操作方法。此处小组分层合作不是传统的分层教学与小组合作的直接叠加，而是指以不同层次学生为小组开展的内部合作，以及不同小组之间的竞争。
