    Abstract：

    自主合作作为构建历史教学课堂的新方向，越来越被初中历史教师广泛地用于教学实践中。但是，由于受到年龄学习能力等多方面的限制，很多初中历史教师在采用合作教学的模式时忽视了学生历史学习的个性化发展。因此，在今后的教学探索中，初中历史教师需要探索合作学习的精髓，并在凝聚学生学习积极性的基础上，将其运用到自己的教学实践改革过程中。
