    Abstract：

    在现阶段，我国高等职业教育教学改革在不断推进，各个高职院校提升对思政教育的重视。“工匠精神”对高职思政教育的影响比较大，重视两者的结合，能有效提升学生的思想素养，强化整体素质，提升思政教育的价值和意义。所以要明确学生发展的方向，制定出相应的目标，在工匠精神融入高职思政教育中，对影响因素等做出客观分析，制定出针对性的建议。
