Abstract：
当前企业是社会经济体制中的实体，所以其在经营过程中会面临着诸多法律风险，法律风险指的是由于合约在法律范围内无法正常履行，或者由于合同订立的原因不符合相关规定而形成的风险。由于法律风险自身的特殊性，企业必须依靠企业法律顾问，以更好的规避这些风险，保证企业应得的经济收益。
