    Abstract：

    10kV配电网属于中压配电网，也是我国为居民配电使用的主要配电网，10kV配电网在日常运行中因线路接地、断线等问题均会出现电压异常，而只有确定电压异常的原因，才能制定出相应的处理措施。因此本文对10kV配电网常见的电压异常问题进行分析，并提出解决配电网电压异常问题的措施。
