Abstract：
生本理念之下的素质教育以学生为本位，注重提升学生的综合素质，能够为国家培养时代需要的高素质人才。在小学数学的教学活动之中，分层教学模式注重学生的个体化差异，采取因材施教的教育理念、依据不同层次、采取不同的教学措施，有利于提高学生们的整体素质。本文将从分层教学模式的意义和现状出发，着重讨论小学数学教师应当通过何种方式提升分层教学模式的有效性，以期能够提供有价值的教学建议。
