    依据幼儿园小班幼儿基本的年龄特征和对事物认知的独有特点,幼儿园常常展开各类集体教学活动,以促进幼儿的成长。但幼儿园小班幼儿资质能力差,注意力并不容易集中,这使得集体教学工作面临诸多困难,为促进幼儿注意力的提升,促进集体教学工作效率的提升,教师应当从教学内容选择、教师语言应用、教学环境设置等方面,系统展开工作,以更好吸引幼儿园小班幼儿的注意力,促进幼儿学习兴趣的有效激发。
