Abstract：
随着我国经济的高速发展，人民的用电需求不断增加，输变电工程建设项目不断增加。与此同时，中国经济成本逐步上升，输变电工程成本也逐步增加，影响了中国电网的建设。加强输变电工程造价分析和成本管理，控制工程建设经济成本，提高输变电工程经济效益已成为必须解决的重大问题。
