Abstract：
随着中国教育改革的推进和社会的发展，国家愈加重视社会道德与法治建设，提倡做好道德与法治教育“从小做起”，即从小学生做起。因此，各小学也非常重视开展小学道德与法治课堂教学工作，综合培养小学生正确的道德价值观念和法治信仰。实现小学道德与法治课程教学目标，则必须全面提升小学道德与法治课堂教学有效性策略，以全面发展小学生的道德核心素养与法治素养。
