Abstract：
如果使用过去的高职体育教学内容，教学没有实践性，就会对学生的职业发展造成阻碍，也会对高职体育教育事业的发展造成影响。所以，需要以学生的职业发展为基础，根据学生的实际需求，合理安排高职体育教学的内容，加强教学内容的实践性，为学生的职业发展提供有效的帮助，锻炼学生的综合能力。
