Abstract：
共享经济的持续发展对服务提供者提出了更高的要求。网约车司机的服务安全和质量是网约车平台提升竞争力的重要途径。通过35名网约车司机的深度访谈、220名网约车乘客的问卷调研和10名滴滴出行平台管理人员的访谈，本研究构建了包含职业基础特征、职业技能特征、职业心理特征和职业态度特征共4个维度16个指标的网约车司机胜任特征模型，为平台甄选、测评提供了依据。
