    随着社会的发展，人们越来越重视教学质量的提升。为了帮助学生减轻学习压力，国家大力推行“双减”政策，努力减轻学生的负担。在此背景下，初中历史教师应调整教学策略，使学生减轻学业压力，享受校外的闲暇时光，这对学生身心健康的发展具有重要意义。基于此，本文就“双减”态势下如何提高初中历史课堂教学的有效性策略开展探究与分析。
