文章针对轨道交通产业升级背景下，学生创新实践能力不足，不能满足企业人才需求的问题。提出基于技能创新的实践能力培养，并以动车组检修技术专业为例，介绍专业在培养具备技能创新实践能力的复合型技术技能人才的方法和经验。
