    Abstract：

    红色文化作为一种资源，具有政治性、历史性和教育性特征；作为一种符号，在象征意义、精神标识和记忆选择中进行价值表达。如何发挥好红色文化在高校大学生思想引领工作中的重要作用，这就需要辅导员群体明确自身在这一过程中的角色定位，增强责任感和使命感，加强理论学习，创新工作方式方法，传播红色文化，传承红色基因，扮演好高校大学生政治引导者、思想引领者、活动组织者的角色。
