Abstract：
当前职业技术学校存在的一种现象，是轻视学生的职业精神，而注重对学生能力的培养。职业素养是职业精神的最高体现，在当前职业教育的过程中[1]。如果我们无法保障学生职业素养的提高，那么学生能力则是驾驭在个人知识上的空中楼阁，为此要通过落实教育管理来培养学生的职业素养，这样才能够提高学生的综合竞争实力。教育的过程中融入6S管理理念，能够为学生综合竞争实力的提升，提供更多帮助也为学校办学内涵的创新发展带来更多的先进经验。
