    Abstract：

    “双减”《意见》对教师的行为提出明确要求，教师需遵照要求参与“双减”就会在考核、评价、绩效等。教师是承担教书育人、促进学生德智体美劳全面发展的专业人员，“双减”政策能否真正落地，能否真正取得成效，教师发挥着关键作用。对于教师队伍而言“双减”带来的困境不容忽视。本文针对困境对未来教师队伍的建设提出一些建议。
