Abstract：

水泥生产上受水泥自身特性影响，相关设备体积大、功率大、不易移动等特点。加之水泥生产产生粉尘较多，粉尘进入设备中很容易产生设备故障问题，影响设备稳定性。要通过科学合理的方式对水泥设备故障进行分析，站在管理的角度提出对应的诊断方法，注重对故障的预见性处理，及时发现并调控，确保水泥生产稳定。
