    Abstract：

    随着我国经济水平的提高，我国的建筑规模也越来越大，竞争压力也在增大。要实现建筑企业的利益最大化，首先在保障工程质量的前提下应该控制成本，从而提高利益。且有效的控制工程造价能减少施工过程中资源的浪费，使得人力、物力和财力都能得到合理的资源配置。因此，造价工程师对工程造价做到合理有效控制，意义重大。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了建筑工程设计与工程造价有效控制策略，以供参阅。
