    Abstract：

    通过对我国近现代建筑的了解发现，民国时期的建设具有一定的特色。而在民国时期的建筑中，有不少价值较高的建筑，砖木结构作为一种重要的结构形式，对其进行保护修缮至关重要，也是一种最基本的保护方式。因此，本文对砖木结构的构成以及残损病害进行了简单分析，并且提出了一系列保护修缮的方法与技术。
