Abstract：
随着我国社会经济的不断发展进步，房建工程的建设也随之得到了飞速的发展，随着建筑市场的竞争趋于白热化，施工质量管理在整个工程建设中就更加值得关注。房屋建筑工程的质量不仅关系到国家的财产安全，还直接关系到人们的生命财产安全。因此，必须保障房屋建筑施工的质量能够达到国家制定的标准，必须加强对房屋建筑工程质量的管理和目标控制。
