积极心理学视角下高职院校大学生心理健康教育研究

Abstract：

心理健康教育这门课程，是高职院校的基础课程，但高职院校大学生的心理健康问题却越来越严重。所以高职院校准备在积极心理学的视角下，将心理健康教育课程进行改革，这也是高校为了促进学生全面健康的发展，对心理健康教育探索的一个巨大挑战。因此，本文在积极心理学的视角下，对高职院校大学生心理健康教育进行研究。
