Abstract：
随着铁路的高速发展和运输任务的逐渐加大，造成铁路货运机车日趋紧张，然而机车的价格昂贵，保养维修费用高，不可能无限制的购置机车来满足运输需要，必须通过提高机车运用效率来保证运输需要。本文是针对石太线运输增量需求，论述和探讨如何利用现有机车并通过机车调度员合理指挥来保障运输任务的完成，并达到提高机车运用效率的作用。
