Abstract：
在世界各国之间经济联系不断加强的背景下，在经济活动开展中渗透的文化内容也使得社会文化呈现出多元化的发展特点。在不断受到外来文化冲击的情况下，传承和发扬红色文化，能够通过正确的价值观念的引导来培养高素质的人才。本文以红色文化为主要研究对象，着重对红色基因融入中职学校的团建实践措施进行了研究和分析，旨在充分发挥红色文化在中职学校中的作用和价值。
