Abstract：
随着我国城市化进程的不断加快，推动了建筑工程行业的迅速发展，我国城市中高层建筑规模不断扩大。为了有效避免高层住宅建筑中产生一些安全隐患问题，保障高层居民自身财产安全以及人身安全，建筑人员在设计高层楼房时，应对建筑楼房防火设计进行充分考虑，应对消防通道以及紧急疏散通道进行合理设置，可以避免居民遇到火灾问题，不仅有效保障人们的财产和生命安全，同时有助于促进我国社会的稳定发展，而做好高层住宅建筑的消防设计，则是确保高层住宅建筑安全性的重要基础。
