Abstract：
在社会交际变得越来越频繁的今天，口语交流已成为现代公民必备的能力。从某种程度上说，它比读写更重要、更实际，更为人们迫切需要。小学阶段强调口语交际能力训练，也是符合个人言语活动的发展顺序的，听说在前，读写在后，十三岁前孩子的语言能力提高很快，语言习惯更容易养成。语文新课程标准的实施，唤起了人们对口语交际教学的重视。
